Orders and Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Standard UPSL Delivery for orders will normally be delivered within 3-4 days, except for rural areas. Express Next-Day Delivery is available at Checkout. Delivery time is usually next business day by 7pm or before, based on area.

Credit Card Details are not kept on retained or known to us. The Secured Transaction is passed directly to WiPay, First Atlantic or PayPal for processing, based on the selected payment method.
Sales Tax or VAT is included in the cost of items applicable to tax.

Due to the contents and size of certain items like TVs, Home Theaters and Projector Screens, ect., these items will be shipped in their individual boxes. An order with small light items will be placed in one package or box.

If you received the wrong item, do not open the retail packaging of the item and immediately contact us at 312-6818 to have the delivery corrected.
All TV’s, Monitors and Laptops are checked prior to shipping, however in shipping sometimes items may get damaged. If you noticed the containing package is looking damaged, do not accept the package from the delivery personnel. Contact us Immediately at 312-6818 with details of your order for us to have the order rectified.

Items purchased and returned, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, can be exchanged for another item of the same value. Items over the value, the value will be applied against the new item.
